Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Once those 14 days have pasted, a return is no longer valid.

We DO NOT accept any returns on ANY earrings. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused and in the original packaging you received the item(s). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can find this from your email.

To start a return, contact us at contact@amaaya.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we will provide the details on where you can send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**All orders sent back are at the senders expense. It is recommended that you ship returns with tracking as we are not liable for any lost returns.**


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to deal with the fault rapidly. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
There are certain items that cannot be returned such as: earrings and personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to encourage a speedy exchange is to return the item you originally purchased that you want to exchange first then proceed to make a separate purchase for a new item. We do not offer a swap for swap service. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
